Our signature Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of ripe Friar plum, cassis, cedar and the essence of a fine ruby port. The palate is dominated by ripe black plum and juicy blackberry supported by yielding tannins that lead to a very long finish.

The grapes were hand-harvested, destemmed and cold soaked for 48 hours.  D-254 yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
