Our signature Cabernet, drink in aromas of ripe Friar Plum, cassis, cedar and the essence of a fine ruby port.  The palate is dominated by more ripe black plum and juicy blackberry supported by yielding tannins that lead to a very long finish.

The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks.
