Tasting notes:
Deep garnet in color, aromas of caramel and blueberry pie lead the way to sumptuous flavors of black currant, Mission fig and molasses. The very long finish pleases with hints of butterscotch.
Winemaking notes:
The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks.
